Origination

Origination is the main driver of the transaction advisory business. Our origination standards are governed by the heavily regulated and compliant institutional financiers that we are connected to. As such, whether it’s directly with sponsors or via local origination partners, we only engage on a project if we are comfortable with the underlying risk. Even once we engage, we will not take a project to market unless it meets our standards based on not only our experience but also the expectations of the financiers we work with.
